Dr.
(Mrs.) Daxa V. Vaishnav is a M. D. in
homeopathy. She has been on the faculty of Smt. CMP Homeopathic Medical
College, Bombay, India, for almost 25 years, where she teaches Gynecology and
Obstetrics Therapeutics. Dr. Daxa Vaishnav is currently the Professor and
Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology department. She is also a Hon. Physician
at Shree Mumbadevi Homeopathic Hospital, which is a teaching hospital attached
to the college. She is also a guide for Post Graduate (MD) students at the
Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
She has had a vast experience in managing
PCOS, Infertility, pregnancy and labor
with homoeopathy. She has also been able to avoid surgical intervention in many
gynecological conditions, including fibroids of the uterus, cervicitis and
cervical erosions. Many patients of PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) and
Infertility have been able to conceive after homeopathic treatment. She is on the panel to set the contents of examination
papers and is an examiner in the subject of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the
Universities of Bombay, Amravati, Nagpur, Bihar and the Maharashtra Council of
Homoeopathy.

Dr.
Vaishnav
has
conducted

lectures

workshops
for

internationally.

September 2008,
she was a Resource Person (Faculty) at the Re-Orientation Training
Programme (ROTP) in Gynaecology and Obstetrics for teachers of
Homoeopathic colleges of India at Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College,
New Delhi, India. This was sponsored by the Ministry of
Health, Govt. of India

October 2006, she spoke at a
seminar on the 'Role of Homoeopathy in Infertility' at
Amravati, Maharashtra, India, where she discussed the homoeopathic
approach to a case of infertility and also described some of her cases
of infertility as well as PCOS. The ultrasounds of patients before and
after treatment with homoeopathy drove home the point of being
scientific in the approach.

July 2004, she delivered a lecture on ‘Homoeopathy
in Gynaecology and Obstetrics’ at Vienna, Austria at an
advanced seminar organized by the Studentinnen Initiative
Homöopathie for homoeopathic students and doctors.
