“I do use the LM potencies. I think it is the best invention of homeopathy. LM works best, it has no side effects, complications, or problems. It does well in acute as well as chronic cases. In certain cases where the decimal and centicimal potencies give aggravation, the same medicine works better in the LM potency.”

-Dr. Jawahar J. Shah, Developer of the homoeopathic software ‘Hompath’; Member- Central Council of Homoeopathy, Govt. of India; Internationally renowned teacher

“Cases where there is severe pathology and the patient is too frail to take an aggravation.  So we don't want < but slow rise of potency.

Pathology is very prominent and the mental and general states are very less intense. Peculiar symptoms are also very scanty.

In such cases I also find that much of the mental and general state is derived from the past history of the patient. The mental and general state should get more prominent as the pathology gets slowly better.

In case of chronic diseases that are slowly progressive, and in which complaints one does not find periods of < & >
